What file do I need to send?

Build your file at the finished size: no bleed is needed. A PDF works best; photos look good at 100 dpi or more at full size. Download the free template for your size on this page to see the safe area. Every file is checked by a real person before printing, and we tell you if something looks off. No design yet? Choose "Design it for me" ($59.00) and we email you a proof in about 2-3 business days. You can also design it yourself online, starting from a blank page or a ready-made template.

Will I see a proof before you print?

Yes, if you want one, at no charge. Choose "Email me a proof first" and we send a proof you approve online (you can click on it to leave comments). Orders we design always get a proof first. Either way, a person checks your file before printing.

Can you ship to my client without your name on the box?

Yes. Graphic designers and agencies can apply for a free Designer account: trade pricing, and blind shipping in a plain box with no Printsive name, logo or prices, so the order arrives as if it came from you.

Where do you ship?

Anywhere in the US. We don't ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses; Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico have a shipping charge. In the Phoenix area we also offer paid hand delivery.

Who is Printsive?
