Good to know

  • Choose 18pt for the sturdiest feel, or uncoated if you want to write on the back.
  • Mailing them? Leave the right half of the back clear for the address and postage. Sizes up to 4.25" x 6" can mail at the USPS postcard rate.
  • Need 10,000 or more for a mailing? Email us for a quote.

What does Postcards cost?

Prices start at $45.00 for 100. The price on this page updates as you pick the size, paper and quantity. Standard shipping to a US address is included.

What file do I need to send?

A PDF at the finished size plus 1/16" bleed on every side, with text and logos kept 1/8" inside the cut line. JPG and PNG files at 300 dpi work too. Download the free template for your size on this page: it shows the bleed, cut and safe lines. Every file is checked by a real person before printing, and we tell you if something looks off. No design yet? Choose "Design it for me" ($69.00) and we email you a proof in about 2-3 business days. You can also design it yourself online, starting from a blank page or a ready-made template.

Will I see a proof before you print?

Yes, if you want one, at no charge. Choose "Email me a proof first" and we send a proof you approve online (you can click on it to leave comments). Orders we design always get a proof first. Either way, a person checks your file before printing.

Can you ship to my client without your name on the box?

Yes. Graphic designers and agencies can apply for a free Designer account: trade pricing, and blind shipping in a plain box with no Printsive name, logo or prices, so the order arrives as if it came from you.

Where do you ship?

Anywhere in the US. We don't ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses; Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico have a shipping charge. In the Phoenix area we also offer paid hand delivery.

Who is Printsive?
