A PDF at the finished size plus 1/16" bleed on every side, with text and logos kept 1/8" inside the cut line. JPG and PNG files at 300 dpi work too. Download the free template for your size on this page: it shows the bleed, cut and safe lines. Every file is checked by a real person before printing, and we tell you if something looks off. Yes, if you want one, at no charge. Choose "Email me a proof first" and we send a proof you approve online (you can click on it to leave comments). Orders we design always get a proof first. Either way, a person checks your file before printing.
Yes. Graphic designers and agencies can apply for a free Designer account: trade pricing, and blind shipping in a plain box with no Printsive name, logo or prices, so the order arrives as if it came from you.
Anywhere in the US. We don't ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses; Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico have a shipping charge. In the Phoenix area we also offer paid hand delivery.
