Good to know

  • Print only: we print your pieces and bundle them for you. You book the mailing and pay the postage with the USPS EDDM Online Tool (eddm.usps.com), then drop the bundles at your Post Office.
  • Leave room for the USPS EDDM indicia and "Local Postal Customer" in your design; the USPS tool shows the exact layout.
  • We bundle everything in 100s, the way USPS takes EDDM mail.

File setup

  • Download the template above for your exact size: it shows the 1/16" bleed on each side and the 1/8" safe area.
  • CMYK color, with images at 300 dpi.
  • Outline or embed your fonts.
  • PDF works best. We also accept AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, JPG and PNG, up to 100 MB.

How ordering works

  1. Choose your options and see your price right away.
  2. Upload your design. A real person checks every file and emails you if anything needs fixing.
  3. Want to see it first? Choose "Email me a proof first" and approve it before we print.
  4. Shipping is free.

Questions about EDDM Postcards (Print Only)

What does EDDM Postcards (Print Only) cost?

Prices start at $136.91 for 100. The price on this page updates as you pick the size, paper and quantity. Standard shipping to a US address is included.

What file do I need to send?

A PDF at the finished size plus 1/16" bleed on every side, with text and logos kept 1/8" inside the cut line. JPG and PNG files at 300 dpi work too. Download the free template for your size on this page: it shows the bleed, cut and safe lines. Every file is checked by a real person before printing, and we tell you if something looks off. No design yet? Choose "Design it for me" ($69.00) and we email you a proof in about 2-3 business days. You can also design it yourself online, starting from a blank page or a ready-made template.

Will I see a proof before you print?

Yes, if you want one, at no charge. Choose "Email me a proof first" and we send a proof you approve online (you can click on it to leave comments). Orders we design always get a proof first. Either way, a person checks your file before printing.

Can you ship to my client without your name on the box?

Yes. Graphic designers and agencies can apply for a free Designer account: trade pricing, and blind shipping in a plain box with no Printsive name, logo or prices, so the order arrives as if it came from you.

Where do you ship?

Anywhere in the US. We don't ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses; Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico have a shipping charge. In the Phoenix area we also offer paid hand delivery.

Who is Printsive?

An online print shop managed by our team in Gilbert, Arizona. Orders are produced at industrial print facilities and shipped across the US. Questions? Call (480) 278-1028 or email [email protected], Monday to Friday 9 to 5 Arizona time.
