Printing time

Each product shows its printing time choices on the product page, such as standard or faster printing. Printing time is counted in business days (Monday to Friday, not including major holidays) and does not include shipping time.

Printing time starts once your order is paid and your file passes our free file check. If we find a problem with your file, such as low-resolution images or missing bleed, we email you before anything prints. Printing time then starts when the corrected file or proof is approved.

Shipping

Orders ship directly to the address you enter at checkout. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout, based on your address and the size and weight of your order.

Your estimated delivery date is your printing time plus the shipping time of the method you choose. We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we can't change where it is going.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the problem. We'll review it and make it right.
