Good to know
- Print only: you choose your mail routes and drop the bundles at your local Post Office. Plan routes with the USPS EDDM Online Tool (eddm.usps.com), where you also pay the postage.
- Leave room for the USPS EDDM indicia and "Local Postal Customer" in your design; the USPS tool shows the exact layout.
- Tell us your route counts in the notes and we bundle accordingly (100 per bundle).
File setup
- Download the template above for your exact size: it shows the 1/16" bleed on each side and the 1/8" safe area.
- CMYK color, with images at 300 dpi.
- Outline or embed your fonts.
- PDF works best. We also accept AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, JPG and PNG, up to 100 MB.
